THEATER RENTAL

The Emerson Umbrella Theater is a 300-seat theater with proscenium stage and moderately raked seating. Backstage amenities include a small dressing room and a set shop. There is room for a small ensemble in front of the stage, as well as a loading area with elevator access.

There is free parking for 80-100 cars, free on-street parking, and a nearby municipal parking lot. Emerson Umbrella is a short walk from the Concord Center stop on the MBTA commuter rail (Fitchburg line), and close to numerous shops, restaurants, and historical attractions. The building is accessible to patrons using wheelchairs.
