To the maximum extent this agreement may be made effective by law, the Renter and his/her guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emerson Umbrella Center For The Arts from all claims, losses, costs, damages or expense of any nature. The Renter will supply Emerson Umbrella with the name and policy number that provides personal liability insurance.
