How to Register for Classes and Workshops

Please come to the Umbrella Office at 40 Stow St., Concord, MA, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Payment 

Class space is reserved only when payment is received. Tuition includes a $10 non-refundable registration fee. Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration. Accepted forms of payment are MasterCard, VISA, check or money order payable to the Emerson Umbrella, and cash. No confirmation will be sent.

Refund Policy

Tuition, less a $10 registration fee, will be refunded on or before the second week of the session. No refunds will be given after the second week of the session.

Scholarships 

Financial assistance for children with disabilities and/or children with financial need is available. Please contact the Education Coordinator.

Snow Closing

No classes will be held on Concord Public School snow days. Make-up classes will be scheduled.

Accessibility 

All areas of our building are wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair accessible bathroom is located on the third floor. Wheelchair access and handicapped parking are located on the right side of the building at the rear. Hearing impaired people may call voice/TDD 1.800.439.0183 for assistance. Large print editions of this brochure and/or website information are available upon request.

Media Consent

Emerson Umbrella programs are occasionally photographed or videotaped. Enrollment in a class implies permission to use photos of you or your children and/or artwork for promotional purposes. Please contact us if you do not want you or your child to be photographed or such photographs to be published.

Behavioral Issues

We reserve the right to remove a child from the program if that child’s behavior interferes with the rights or safety of others or with the smooth functioning of the group.

Emerson Umbrella reserves the right to change programs, schedules, and instructors and to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment.
