CLASSES

GENERAL INFORMATION

Each year, over 12,00 children and adults enroll in Emerson Umbrella’s 175 classes and

workshops. From drawing, painting, sculpture, pottery, stained glass, and mixed media art,

to dance, movement, yoga, and wellness, to drama, art history, and creative writing, we offer

something for everyone. Our courses are taught by professional artists with years of teaching

experience, and the average class size is only 7 students (the maximum is 15), so each student

receives a great deal of individual instruction and encouragement from expert faculty. We also

offer extremely popular summer and school vacation programs.
